Assemble in Changi Airport Terminal 1 Row 3 at 7.30, suppose to assemble at row 1. Anyone late have to treat everyone dessert in Hong Kong, which Ms Ong said. We have to buy gift for our Hong Kong buddy. I brought English-Chinese Dictionary and a 2009 Diary book. The flight is 1010hrs; we have to check-in earlier. After check-in, we took a group photo.

We were allowed to walk around the area outside gate to board. We board the plane at 0945hrs. The flight took about 4hrs. We have our lunch on the plane. Muslim cadet got their special Muslim meal. There are some movies to watch on the plane to enjoy during our free time.

Arrive Hong Kong at 1405hrs, our tour guide waited got us outside the Arrival Gate. Uncle Cliff is our tour guide. We took a tour bus to Victoria Peak to have a view of Hong Kong, while have a quick look at the city on our way there. We took a tram-ride up the Victoria Peak. The slope is so steep that everyone who is standing has a hard time holding on. We have some free time to walk around the area to shop and talk photos.

We have dinner at a local Muslim restaurant where the Muslim cadet can eat together. After dinner, we went to YWCA Anna Black Hotel, to check-in to our rooms. Gather back at the lobby at 7.30pm, and we walk to the near-by super-market to buy snacks, food and drinks for the whole trip.

At that time, the sky was so dark that it is like 8-9pm Singapore. Sebastian and I brought two 2litre Coke, 3 instant noodles. Went back to the hotel room, and found out that there is no folk for us to eat with our noodle.

We went to each other room to talk, chat, watch the local television programme. We slept around 12plus.


18 Nov
Gather at the Hotel lobby at 7.30pm. We have set breakfast in the morning. Next to proceed to the Famous Golden Bohemia Square, spend some time there. Next went to Repulse bay. During lunch time, we went to a restaurant in a shopping centre, the Muslim cadet were brought to another restaurant. After lunch we have some free time to walk around the shopping centre.

When the bus arrives, we have lucky draw to pick three cadets to seat together with SGT Billy to the airport in his police vehicle. Reach the Airport Special Unit at 2 plus. We listen to the speech made by the Sir; we also watch a video show of introduction of ASU. We have a look of the Kits the Special unit uses. Next we went to take a group photo. Then, went to Police Dog Unit where it is next to the ASU. The dog shows us how he snuffs out a bomb from a bag.

We went to have dinner and the Muslim cadet went to another restaurant again. After dinner we went back to the hotel to change and keep our bag in our room and gather again at the lobby. We were lead by SGT Billy, who brought us to a shopping mall where he said he have discount in a Addias shop. Jun Liang, Amos, Xiang Da and I folk out money to buy drinks for the Madam and Sirs. We then walk to a MTR (Singapore, MRT) station and take a ride to Mong Kok station to shop at the Famous Ladies Street market. We have only 30 minutes to shop. We walk back to the hotel.


19 Nov

Gather at the lobby at 7.30am. We have breakfast in the hotel again. Next, we are going to Mong Kok Police station to meet the police. We listen to a Welcoming Speech in a briefing room by Chief Inspector. Next power point presentation on Mong Kok Police District was shown to us. Next went to visit the facilities of Mong Kok Police Station. Then, went to Emergency Unit, have a power point presentation on their structure and job.

Next we have a look of the kits and equipments they use. We can take a photo with the Police Dog. Later, we took a group photo.

We went to have lunch. And next to Sir Kadoorie Secondary School to have a basketball match. A power point presentation was shown. We walk around the school to look at their facilities. Next we have basketball match. After the match, we went to have our dinner.

After dinner, we went to visit the famous Avenue of Stars where there are Star’s handprints. Next we went back to the hotel to place our bag in the room and went to Ladies Street to shop again. At 10.30pm, went back to the hotel.


20 Nov

We have morning breakfast. Uncle Cliff has brought our “Lao Po Bin”. Next we proceed to Hong Kong International Airport. We were given HK$50 to have our lunch. Our flight is at 1420, we have to gather outside the gate by 1.30pm. Everyone went to walk around to buy back some gift for their friends.

Plane landed at 6pm. Everyone was dismiss after they got their bag.

For those who are feeling sick, please visit the doctor within 7 days from arrival. We will assist in making the claim from the Insurance Company.

Hence, please remember to obtain a receipt from the doctor and pass the receipt to me on the 5th of December 2008. Those who can't make it for that day, you may also pass the receipt to either Mr Chan or Ms Ong on the following dates,
