Reflection about POP

Passing Out Parade is the time when Sec 4 are stepping down and the Sec 3 going to take over the Unit. On POP, the UL and AUL will pass over to the next batch, they (Sec 4) will have to tell the Juniors what they have to do.
What have to be done to control the Unit properly... It is hard to maintain a good Unit at Gold.
The NCOs have to work hard to keep the Unit at Gold.

Reflections about POP and Annual Camp

After throwing the berets of our senior "Viper", the new batch of NCOs has taken over the Unit. Becoming a Unit Leader is tough. I heard from other experience Unit Leader from previous years. When Sean (Ex-UL) pass me the Drill Cane, i felt very honoured to received the position of being the UL of the Unit.
For Camp, I have been one of the camp group leader. Now then, i know how tough being a leader is.
